I
am a native Lexingtonian. (My grandmother was born in
Lexington, KY) I was born in the old St. Joseph Hospital
on Second St. I attended Cassidy, Breckenridge, Morton
and Henry Clay High School. I graduated from Eastern
Kentucky University in 1974.
I started selling shoes at
Dan Cohen Shoe store in downtown Lexington when I was 14
years old. I worked as a delivery boy at Wheeler
Pharmacy on Romany Rd. when I was 16. (I had to teach
myself to drive a stick shift on the job. It took me an
hour and a half to make two deliveries in the
neighborhood my first day.) I continued to work there
over three years.
In 1974, I started at WKYT-TV
running camera and sweeping the floors part-time. In
1978, I join the Sales Department and won the Super
Optimist Award. During my 8 years in sales, I
successfully helped many clients with their marketing
plans.
In 1985, Sharalee and I
started AD-SUCCESS Marketing in a 10"x 10' room in our
basement. The company has been in business now for over
22 years. During that time, I have assisted many clients
with successful marketing strategies.
In 2006, I decided to take
my marketing expertise into the real estate business
full time. After going to real estate school and
successfully passing the test, I interviewed many real
estate firms.
I chose Keller Williams
Bluegrass Realty because of the expertise and the
quality of the Brokers and Realtors that were already

gave me, along with my “out of the box” marketing
